Good rooms, but check-in times are a puzzle

Compared to Qubus Hotel, the pokoje typu superior at Leonardo Hotels PL were really nicely appointed and comfortable. The price was decent, especially with the AdvantageCLUB discount, but figuring out the check-in time for the 'doba hotelowa' was more confusing than it needed to be. They should really make that clearer on the booking page.

Decent stay, good location

Stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Warsaw for a couple of nights last month. Just needed a place for a short business trip. The room was fine, pretty standard stuff, clean enough. The location was really convenient for what I needed to do in the city. Check-in was quick. Didn't try the breakfast or anything, just used it as a base. Overall, it did the job. No complaints.

Consistent stay in Krakow

I booked the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow Old Town again for a weekend trip. This was my third time staying with them, and just like before, the experience was really solid. The room was clean, the staff at reception were friendly, and the breakfast package was good value. It's nice knowing what to expect, and they always deliver. I'll probably book with them again next time I'm in Krakow.

Good stay at NYX Warsaw

I booked a pokój deluxe at the NYX Hotel Warsaw for a weekend trip. The booking process on their website was pretty straightforward, found it easily. Confirmation email came right away. Getting there was easy enough. The room itself was clean and modern, just like in the pictures. The bed was comfortable. I also added a śniadanie package, which was decent, nothing amazing but good enough to start the day. Checkout was quick too. No issues with anything, it was a smooth experience overall.

Decent value, small issue

I stayed at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow Old Town for a few nights. The price was competitive, especially with the early bird offer I managed to grab. My room was a pokój dwuosobowy, and it was clean and pretty quiet given the location. Customer service at the front desk was friendly and helpful when I asked about local attractions. My only minor gripe was that the Wi-Fi signal in my room was a bit spotty sometimes, which was a little frustrating when I needed to do some work. Otherwise, a solid choice for Krakow.

Krakow hotel was nice

Just got back from the Leonardo Hotel Krakow. Booked a regular room for a short trip. It was pretty good, no complaints. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly. Arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was cool. Easy to get around from there.

Good hotel in Krakow

I booked the Leonardo Hotel Krakow. The room was clean and comfortable. Good location. Check-in was easy. I would stay there again.

Good deal for a business trip

I used the business traveler rate for a stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Warsaw. I was looking for something affordable but still comfortable for my work trip. The rate was definitely good value, especially considering the location. I compared it to a few other hotels in the area and this one offered the best balance of price and amenities. The room was well-equipped, which made working from there easy. Paying for the parking hotelowy was an extra, but it felt worth it for the convenience.

NYX Warsaw was fantastic!

Oh my goodness, my stay at the NYX Hotel Warsaw was absolutely incredible! I booked a superior room for a few nights and everything was just perfect. The vibe of the hotel is so cool, and the staff were all so helpful. The room itself was super comfy and had everything I needed. I definitely want to come back! And I told all my friends they need to check it out too.
